L’Om Health & Spiritual Farm offers a series of therapy courses and treatments in the Montseny Nature Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It features a health centre.

The well-equipped spa centre offers a hydromassage shower and a sauna. There is also an attractive terrace on site. Treatments available on site include quiromassages, reflexology, zero balancing and zen shiatsu.

Courses at the Aparthotel De Salut L'Om include yoga, pilates and group therapy. Sessions take place from Monday to Friday and are subject to availability. Guests should request a place on a course when booking.

The L’Om Centre was built with real wood from the Arctic Circle and uses renewable and solar energy. The 8 apartments all have air conditioning, satellite TV and a kitchen, as well as private terraces.

The hotel is 50 km from Barcelona and Girona, and 20 km from the beaches of the Costa Brava. La Roca Village Shopping Centre in 15 minutes away by car.
