The Vilar restaurant provides a typical village cuisine. Simple traditional dishes are cooked with the very best fresh local produce. There is a large, open grill for cooking meat and this can be accompanied with vegetables from the Vilar allotment. Choose from a wide range of homemade desserts.

Due to the country air guests usually enjoy a hearty breakfast which includes toasted bread with tomatoes, and a variety of local sausages. Dine while admiring the magnificent views of Cardona and the Salina valley.

The buffet also includes tasty children's meals and gluten-free diets are catered for upon request on reservation.
